Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back!!!

Good Afternoon to all: Went to the Eye Doctor today and all is well. Ordered my blue contacts for the next year. Jason and Ari are coming for their annual Dave Matthews Band concerts. For Joy !For Joy! Still working on my fence project. Boy those vines are really intertwined. I shall overcome them though. We are trying a new soup recipe today. Mexican Chicken Lime Soup. What to Do?

And a very very good morning to all my pals: It is so nice to be home even though being on cruises is fun too. We are going to work on the fence for a while this am. Then I will jump on the treadmill and get back to my ELEM program. Next project is my 2 flower beds in the front of house. Need to trim back the bushes and weed them. The Caladium Festival is in a few weeks and I want to get some more to plant. Going to eye doctor tomorrow for annual contact exam. Need to order some more as I am out and need to get my sapphire ones. I get so many compliments on my blue eyes with brown in them. Okay enough frivolity for now. Need to go make breakfast and watch "Cash Cab" Love to all

Update

We drove out to Pat's Lakeside Restaurant and it was empty. NO MORE OKEEBURGER!!! That has been a main stay in Okeechobee ever since we got here. Wow I had no idea it was going away. More tomorrow

Hi to all my pals all over the world: LOL Just returned from my favorite activity. GROCERY SHOPPING I wait until I am out of most everything before I go. I did not write a list so I am sure that I forgot something. oh well it happens!!! Worked for a while on the fence. Cleaning off the stuff that is intertwined. Really too hot for that kind of work but managed to get an hours worth of work done. Talked to Flo this am, glad she is doing fine after her test. DW, hope all went well with your doctor appointment. We are going to Pat's Lakeside for an Okeeburger tonight as I don't feel like cooking. It is clouding up here and it will probably rain. Well wanted to touch base with you all. Love to all

Quiet Day

Hi to everyone who follows my ramblings: Hi to Florence, hope your test went well. I am thinking about you. Getting stuff unpacked and washed and re-hung up. Got back on the treadmill again today. Need to get back in the swing now that we are home for a while. I still cannot get the Nike+ to download the way it used to. It has all been different since they updated the site. Every time I go to site, it marks me as private and I don't know why? and some of my workouts don't download and show up. I took her off my blog as I got disgusted. Well I will see what happens. It has been a quiet day and it has rained off and on several times. More tomorrow. Love to all

We are Home!!!

Good Afternoon to my fans: After a short night's sleep we got up and went to early breakfast and were off the ship by 7:40am. We got home at around 10 am. Am doing some wash and generally relaxing. We had a really nice cruise. Will blog more tomorrow. Love to all

The Party's Over

Hi to All: Well it is the last night of the cruise. Boy do 3 day cruises go quickly. We had a really nice time and got to see many old friends and make many new friends. We had dinner tonight at Palo's. I love that place. Got to see Zoran and Oliver. It is great. Went to the Til We Meet Aagin party and talked to Kamilla Combs. She has the most beautiful voice. I hope she goes far. Well have to go to bed now as breakfast is at 6:45 AM Will be home tomorrow and will blog more. Hope Teri and Beth, hope you both had very happy birthdays. Love to all
