We are in LeRoy at Teri's for the night. Going to have Country Sweet Pizza. I think it will be a nice change of pace for us. As we have not had any pizza since we started the ELEM plan. Bro and Ricky Jr are supposed to come over to see us. More later Love to all

Back from adventure

We spent a lovely afternoon caching around Rose Valley Lake. This is such a pretty part of the country now. Found about 7 caches. Donna, our walking sticks came in handy. Thanks again. Going to Teri's tomorrow and can't wait to treadmill. I know I am a sick puppy, but what can I say. Love to all p.s. As we were stomping around in the weeds, I saw a baby deer. Later as we were driving we saw a fox. Nature is wonderful. Glad we were in the car when we saw the fox. I don't mind being up close and personal with deer but I draw the line at foxes. lol

Monday in the North

Wow,the sun does really shine in Pennsylvania!!! We are spending the day with Don and Flo and caching. Rand and Lori are coming over for dinner. It will be nice to see them again. Can't wait for their visit to Okeechobee next winter.

Williamsport Pa

We are in Williamsport and visiting with Flo. As per usual the weather is cold (65) and rainy. We are just vegging and I am doing some laundry. More excitement later. Love to all

Petersburg Virginia

We have stopped for the night at The South Forty Camp Resort. It used to be a KOA and we have stayed here a couple of times. We are eating our Lean Cuisine Dinners and having a couple of glasses of wine. What a good life. Tomorrow night we will be in Wpt at Don Waltz's house. Life is Good More tomorrow Love to all

Sheldon Ruins

And a very good morning to all of my followers: We just left a spectacular area. We decided instead of rushing like mad people we would geo-cache some on the trip up north. There was one in our campground and we found it. Then 5.53 miles from us was "Sheldon Ruins" It was an old church that had been burned out twice during the Civil War. It had the most beautiful old, big Oak trees I have ever seen. Time well spent out of our schedule. We are going to cache some more as we go. See the pics, they don't do the area justice. We are in Point South, South Carolina. We are at "The Oaks" campground. We are going to take a walk and then come back have some dinner. Pretty uneventful day. It rained off and on and we did not hit any traffic jams. They were on the other side though a couple of times. Ok more tomorrow. Love to all

D Day

Today is the big day. We are going to have breakfast and then leave for our summer adventure. So this blog will be brief. As we are going today I will blog and post pictures. Aren't you all excited. Love to all and see ya real soon.

My Mini is Missing

I guess that Nike+ is upgrading the system but I don't like it that my little purple alter-ego is missing. Now that I have her running again. OH WELL We are almost ready for our trip up north. All I need to do is buy some provisions. I will be blogging along the way so stay tuned for our adventures. We put our walking sticks in the camper and are anxiously waiting to use them. Watch we will now find a lot of city caches. LOL Don and I are going to walk in the pool for exercise. Got to go!!!!! Love to all

Noisy Start to Day

Good Morning to all: It was a noisy start to the day as we woke up to a loud clap of thunder and lots of rain. It is dark here and it is still raining. Not really hard though. Going to go and get a haircut this am from Jaime. Still puttering with getting ready for our trip north. Poor Oreo is under the bed, she is terrorized by the noise of thunder. ELEM is still the name of the game and now I think of gains in ounces rather than pounds. Bought a new Panini grill and got a little happy with eating paninis and gained about 8 ounces. NO MORE PANINIS FOR A WHILE!!! It is a nice grill/griddle and I can grill chicken on it though. More chicken less paninis. HA HA Going to get my treadmilling in before haircut so must go now. LOVE TO ALL THE FAITHFUL FOLLOWERS OF ME!!! (Miss Oreo in quiet repose, not terrorized)

Walking Stick Arrival

Donna and Rick, the walking sticks came today. They are beautiful. We will put them in the truck and use them with pleasure. Many Many Thanks. Don liked them very much. Thanks again, we really like them.

Gater tastes like chicken

We just got back from SkipJack's and for the first time I had fried gater. AND IT REALLYB DOES TASTE LIKE CHICKEN!!!!! LOL Got to go treadmill now as I had french fries. They were out of the sweet potatoe wedges. BOO HOO More tomorrow.

Went to the dr's today and he took out the stitches and I am going to be able to get in the Jacuzzi and Pool on Monday. YEH!!!!! Going to get the camper restocked and make the bed and figure out what I need for the trip tomorrow. More later. Love to all

Monday in Chobee

Went to Dr. today but he did not remove stitches. He will remove them Thursday. Only good news is I can treadmill. I think I will do it after dinner. My alter-ego is still lethargic. Still prepping for the trip north. Mr S is putting the finishing touches on the electronics (new tv and wireless router) We are a well stocked camper. When he finishes, I will go in and clean and make bed and stock up with healthy foods. More tomorrow. Love to All

Sunny Sunday

It is another lovely day in paradise. We are going to the Flea Market and pick up Fantasy Five tickets. We are getting tomatoes and fresh veggies. Starting to get the camper ready for our upcoming trip north. Getting stitches out tomorrow. I think!!! I am going to get myself on the treadmill soon hopefully. My little purple alter ego is sitting down playing video games. Rest now little girl. I'm going to give you hell soon. lol Okay got to go Love to all of my pals.

It's Saturday

Good Morning It is another beautiful day in paradise. Not too much happening. Going to start thinking about the trip to the North. Need to go out and reload the camper with goodies and things. Going to wait til I go to Dr's on Monday. He will probably remove the stitches. ELEM is a habit now and we are still losing. Can't wait til I can treadmill as my alter-ego is walking slowly. Okay got to make breakfast now. Glad we didn't get up early to watch the shuttle launch as it is scrubbed for now. Love to all Keep on reading my antics.

YEH SHOWER TODAY

To all of my pals and family who faithfully follow my antics: I am so happy I can take a shower today. I know that sounds crazy but I am thankful for the small things in life. To celebrate I ordered a case of wine from San Sabastian (trying the drier white types). So there are no worries, I am not going to drink the whole case at once. lol Time to go and shower. LOVE YOU ALL

PS My little purple alter ego is pissed off and lethargic. She'll get happy again. "I hope"

The Day After

And a very good morning to all: I am doing extremely well with my surgery and can take the bandage off tomorrow and take a shower. That is the hardest part for me and also staying quiet and not doing or in my case over doing. Jacob took us out for dinner last night to a new restaurant that just opened in the old Skip's restaurant. Instead of a rib place, it is a seafood restaurant. It was really good. Not really much to say as I am grounded. More when I get ungrounded. Love to All

I'm Back

For all of my faithful followers: I have returned from the Surgery Center and the excision of the cyst on my back was successful. I have a bandage on my back and I am forced to take it easy for a couple of days. No Treadmill and No Yard Work. Woe is Me!!! lol Yesterday we went to Disney and did a couple of caches and had lunch at Teppan Edo. I had a seaweed salad to die for. The parks are pretty busy and it was hot. We had a few more virtual caches to do but will wait for cooler weather. Going to get the camper ready next week for our upcoming trip. Bought a new TV for it. Need to load it up with clothes and make up the bed. Looking forward to the trip. Got to go Jerry Springer is on the television.

Marvelous Monday

Good Afternoon All: Well it is back to reality. Had to make my own bed, pick up my own towel after the shower and make my own food. No Dwight, No Eva, and No Made. UCKKKKK!!! Went grocery shopping today and getting back in the swing. We are going to Disney tomorrow. Having lunch at the Japanese Restaurant and we are going to meet Jim Urry for a drink as he felt bad that he did not get to say good-bye to us. We are going to do some caches at the Disney Parks. Also going to Sam's as we need a new t.v. for the camper as we will be going to be coming up north at the end of the month. More later. Love to All.

Sunday

We are home and I have my laundry all done and the suitcases unpacked. Today I am going to just putz around. Miss Oreo is a happy cat. She laid in the empty suitcase last night. Got to cook my own breakfast and made my own bed. LOL More later I love you all!!!!

Back to Reality

Hi to all my followers: We are home and back to reality. No more 4 course meals and just one knife and one fork and maybe a spoon. LOL We took Donna and Rick to the airport. Their flight was supposed to leave at 1 p.m. so we left about 12:30 p.m. and headed for Chobee. We were home for about a half hour when the kids called and said a lightning storm came up in Orlando and at 2:45 p.m. they still had not boarded. It was supposed to start and we haven't heard from them so I guess they finally got to take off. Boy was the SouthWest Airways busy. Glad we don't fly anymore. Miss Oreo is really glad we are home. She is sleeping in my chair as I type. It was a really nice cruise and the seas really cooperated. I will post more pics and info later. I am multi-tasking. Doing a load of laundry and unpacking and then blogging. Gained a couple of pounds but it will be easy enough to get rid of once we start back eating normally. Found a new beverage that I really really like. It is a Pineapple Mojito. Have to see if I can make them at home. We did a 5K run/walk on the Island of Castaway Cay. Getting ready for training for the 1/2 marathon in January. Probably won't go on another cruise for a while. Probably after the 1/2 marathon. Okay got to get my suit case unpacked and watch the Belmont. Love to All

And a very Good Morning to All of my Pals: Today we are going to the private island of Castaway Cay. It is the last stop on the cruise. We will probably walk out to Serenity Bay. I will post pics tomorrow. It has been a wonderful cruise and all have had a great time. I will be glad to get home though to see my girl. Sea Day

Sorry that I have not blogged in a couple of days as it has been a whirl wind of activities. Tuesday we went to HELL in Caymans and Wednesday we went to the Tulum ruins. The weather is HOT. We are having a great time. Many friends who we hoped to see were on vacation and a few surprises. Our friend Jim Urry from Celebration and his wife are on board. We had drinks last night. I found a new drink I like Pineapple Mojitos. More later Love to all

Palo's Brunch

Good Afternoon to all: We are having a wonderful cruise. The ocean is laying flat and very smooth cruise. Today is a sea day and relaxing. Yesterday in Key West, we took the Conch Train around Key West and went to an Irish Pub. It wa very very hot. Luckily we were the only ship in. This AM we went to Brunch at Palos. What a treasure trove of food. (We treadmilled for 30 minutes before) Stay tuned for further updates. Tonight is the Captain's Cocktail party and dress up night. Will Post pics tomprrow. Love You All
