My Life is a Work in Progress

Good Afternoon to all the faithful followers of moi: It seems anymore that by the time I drink my coffee, find out how old I am and then do my fitness coach dvd and then make breakfast and clean up, the morning is gone. Whew!!! The title of today's blog is due to the fact that I moved the furniture around in the spare room yesterday and the Lanai today. When I placed the furniture on the lanai, it was not the same time as coffee and newspaper so when we sat there, the sun was bothersome. So to rectify the situation, I changed it around, hence my life being a work in progress. lol DW, we had oatmeal for breakfast and when we do I always think of you. Going to treadmill and hopefully get my mini-me happy again. Too bad my Fitness + doesn't count towards her happiness. ha ha Also going to rent the first two Twilight series movies before I see the new movie. Thanks to Marybeth for such a good idea. Still no word on the new Kinsey baby. Okay enough chit-chat, must get busy. Love to all and hopefully you all remember what to do.

Oreo was scaring me last night. She was watching this frog as seen in the previous post and I was afraid she was going to try to catch it. lol Don says cats swim but she is such a nervous wreck that she would be nuts. :)

Tuesday in Chobee

Good afternoon all: We had an eye doctor appointment to check out Mr. S's eyes after the laser treatment. Every thing is hunky dory. His eye sight is 20-20 in both eyes. I came home and did my Fitness Trainer for my normal 30 minutes and set Don up so we can exercise together. All I will say is that it is worth the price of admission to exercise with him. :) Don got an interesting merssage on his blackberry. Jason and Ari are having their baby today. No word on whether a boy or girl. Will update later. I stopped and smelled my plumeria in the front of the house today. So as usual Love to all and you know the drill.

New Oreo Updates

Good Afternoon to all of my faithful followers: It is still pretty warm down here and not much is happening. Going to start packing for the north trip soon. It will be here before we know it. Going to the 4th of July Parade as Shannon's little BABY FIRECRACKER Miss Maci will be in the parade. Miss Oreo has a new thing in her repertiore. When Don is reading the ne3spaper in the am on the lanai, she jumps up in the middle of it and waits to be scratched. Today she did it again but this time she laid down and stayed there. She is such a kitty. Okay enough for now. Must shower as we are going for a ride to check our Okeeburger Cache. The last person couldn't find it. We were there last Thursday and so was it. We will see. Okay more wonderful stuff tomorrow. Love to all and you have your orders for living.

My Days

Good Evening to all who care what I do: I started cleaning the lanai and it took me longer than I thought but I cleaned it really well. I also moved the furniture around as this time of year the sun is really bright in the am when we read the paper. Now I am finished. Okay just thought I would update all who are interested. Thursday Stuff

Good Afternoon to all: It is cloudy here today and I hope it actually rains today as we could use it. Need to go to Home Depot and get more mulch for my project. We are going out to Pat's Country Cafe for an Okeeburger. Hopefully we will see Pat. I have not seen her since her surgery. We went to the Public Safety meeting last night and it was not exactly what we expected. At least we are civic minded. Okay enough for now. Love to all. Wednesday

Good afternoon to all of the faithful: It is another quiet day here in the hood. I did a little yard work (Put mulch in front bed) need to get more mulch. It is hot and it was cloudy when I started but kept comimg out and making it uncomfortable. I think I will do some more later when the sun goes down. We are going to a meeting for public safety tonight for our firefighters and law enforcement people. Okay enough for now and you know the drill. Just Do It!!!

Back from Sebring

Good afternoon we just returned from Sebring sfter Don had his eye lasered and then we went for another philly cheese steak pizza. I haven't seen the triplet armadillos yet today. They are cute. Critters

Good Afternoon to all the faithful followers of moi: Hope everyone had a wonderful father's day. We had a quiet day. All the kids called Don and wished him a happy day. We watched the race and then the US Open. Today I got my nails done and got to finally meet Ms Maci Gagliardi. She won little Baby Firecracker in the pagaent over the weekend. I just went out to check on Miss Oreo and in the front flower beds were three baby armadillos. The cat just sat there watching them. Well one month from today we will be on the auto train heading for the North. Yeh! Okay enough for now. Love to all and take time to smell the flowers. Happy first day of Summer.

Twas the Day Before Father's Day

Good Afternoon to all: I want to thank Tom for finding the wonderful place he ordered his dad's father's day gift. I checked it out and found something I could get him. I ordered it yesterday about 11:30 am and it came in the mail today. What a wonderful place. I also ordered myself one too. Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's. More later. Love to all. Good Afternoon to all of the faithful: It is another hot day here in sunny Fla-Usa. Did my pool exercises today. It was so refreshing. Not much happening here. Just kind of coasting until July 21. Good Morning to one and all: Not really much is happening here. We have got most of the pieces of the January trip scheduled. Just a couple unresolved issues. Well actually just one. We need to book some form of transportation from the ship terminal to the train station in LA. I'm sure it will fall into place soon. It is only 7 months away. lol Okay enough for now. Home Again

Good afternoon to all: We are back from Don's laser procedure and all is well. They did the right eye this am and next Tuesday we get the left one done. After the Dr's we went back to Lake Placid and got another Philly Cheese Steak Pizza. YUM YUM We got a large so that we can have some more for supper. Guess what we are doing next Tuesday after the Dr's??? lol Okay got to figure out what kind of trouble to get into now. Sunday in St Cloud

Good Morning all: The internet here is flaky and hopefully will get one in before it goes away. We had a nice dinner at Olive Garden with Edie, Victor, Chloe and Chloe's friend Crystal. Well to say the food was good was a stretch. I guess I will stick to soup, salad and breadsticks. lol The folks are getting ready for Disney and we are going to Sam's and then doing some caches. Good Afternoon to all who follow me: I am not sick and have no excuse but this week just flew and I can't believe I haven't blogged since Sunday. Sorry!! I spent the morning playing with the new designs for blogs and have put some new stuff in place. Tomorrow we are going to St. Cloud and visit with Edie and the kids who are at the hoiuse in Stevens Plantation. Hope everyone is happy and healthy. Will post more tomorrow. Getting excited about the auto train trip up north for our caching trip to New England. We were ftf (first to find) on three caches this week. YEH!!

Good Sunday Morning

Good Morning all: Sorry that I have missed 2 days and I have no excuses. It was a strange week last week as I lost days and gained days and just plain couldn't get it together. Holiday weeks are like that. Yesterday we went on an adventure. We went over to check out the Sebring Train Station as we booked our trip back from California (repositioning cruise) on Amtrak. Instead of messing around with trains and rental cars and driving, we decided to go all the way with the train. We go from Union Station LA to Union Station Chicago, From Chicago we go to DC (I imagine that is Union Station also) lol From DC we go to Sebring. Could not get one directly to Okee. My wonderful sister-in-law and DW have offered to pick us up in Sebring. The pieces are all beginning to fall into place. That trip is about 7 months away. After checking out the Train station we went caching. We found two and could not find one which turned out to be muggled. After that we went to Lake Placid and had lunch. We went to the little pizza place that we went to with Rand and Lori and Don and Flo. We had the best Philly Cheese Steak Pizza. This time it was really hot as the time before I froze. lmao And last but not least, Lori we found the other cub in the mural. Life is goooooooood! Okay enough for now must WII. Good Morning to all: I am having the worst time this week, keeping the days straight. This morning I woke up thinking about going to the Moose for catfish. The only problem is it is Thursday, not Friday. Holiday weeks do that to me. ha ha
We went up to St. Cloud yesterday to check on Tom & Edie's house. We stopped at Sam's and then went to Olive Garden for lunch. After lunch we looked for a cache near Olive Garden and found it across the street by TGIF. lol Today we are awaiting our Auto Train Tickets. We are taking the train July 21 for our summer cache/seeing friends and family visit. More about that later. Love to all and take time to smell the roses. Need to see how old I am today!!!

Good Afternoon

Good afternoon to all: I wrote a blog yesterday but I tried to post a pic with it and it went to lala land and I was aggravated so I never got back to it. Sorry hope all had a wonderful Monday holiday. I have been using my new fitness training dvd everyday since I got it. It is really good. It is more of a workout than my fitness + dvd. The fitness + dvd is like playing games. lol I do my wii fit body test and then 30 mins of the new fitness trainer. After that I usually cook breakfast but this morning we went out to the airport for breakfast. When we got back I decided to give the camper a cleaning. Even though we are not using it for a while, it needed to be cleaned. Now I am done for the aftrnoon. Will probably putter before the soaps. When it cools off hop4fully tonight, I am going to mulch my front gardens. Okay love to all and remember to take time to smell the roses.
