Good afternoon to all of the faithful followers of moi: We are in Buffalo after a wonderful but short visit with my brother. We are now at Tom's in Buffalo. We went out to lunch and had cheeseburger soup. No Hastings it is not me on the horse. It is our great niece Maggi. Okay enough for now and you all know the drill

Good morning to all of the faithful followers of moi: It is very very cold down here and I don't like it. Mr. S has a touch of the flu but he feels a little better today than yesterday. Poor Oreo does not want to go out in the tundra. She goes out and stays there for 2 seconds and is back in. Good news is that it is going to warm up by the weekend. 9 days til the cruise. The Move is Complete

Good evening to all of the faithful followers of moi: We have been finishing up the Marino House Move. Got everything packed and the movers came yesterday to take the stuff up to WPT. It was fun but am glad it is over. Robbie and Elaine came for a visit. It is so nice to see them. Florence and Don are back in Chobee now. Yeh, 500 here we come. NYC Marathon

Good Afternoon to all of the faithful followers of moi: The ING NYC Marathon just finished for the elite runners. I didn't run or walk but felt like it though. It is a wonderful sport. We just finished setting all the clocks back and it is amazing how many clocks you have in one house. :D Okay going to have tea now and get ready formfootball. Life is Still Good

Good morning to all who follow me: I am posting this from my computer and she is running well. She feels smoother if that is a good description. We had a wonderful day yesterday. We had success in all of our endeavors. I found a new black outfit for the cruise at GoodWill. Love it!! It rained here again yesterday but today is sunny and bright. Okay enough for now. Good afternoon to all of the faithful: We went up to the Labor Day festival in the park uptown. It was smaller this year. I was looking for somwthing specifically but did not find it. Back to the drawing board. Tonight we are going to the KOA for the Michael Winslow show and spaghetti dinner. Still no word on my puter's condition. Must be the holiday weekend. We are going to cut the venison into steaks tomorrow. Oh boy!!!! Okay going to make some tea and work on my puzzle. lol Love to all and you know the drill.

Labor Day Weekend

Good morning to all of the faithful: Hope everyone is starting out the weekend doing something they enjoy. We took my computer over to the "The Geek Squad" at Best Buy. My puter is in the hospital for tests and we do not know anything yet. After about a 1/2 hour on the phone with Net 10, my new phone has its minutes and all is well with the world of telephones. All my contacts are transferred and ready for me to call whenever. Jacob our neighbor went hunting on his father's property and got a deer. Now we are learning how to butcher venison. Next thing I will have to learn to cook it. You cannot say that we lead an unexciting life. Okay enogh for now. You all know the drill. Love to all Have a wonderful weekend.

Good Afternoon to all of the faithful: Things are still quiet here in Okee. We went to the Koa today and bought tickets for a show there Sunday. Another Cloudy Day in Paradise

Good Evening to all of the faithful: First and foremost I want to thank Donna (my wonderful daughter-in-law) for the virtual tulips on Facebook. I love them. Miss Oreo is staying close to home today after her adventure yesterday. We are going to the movies at Vero Beach tomorrow to see "Twilight Saga: Eclipse and go to late lunch at TGIF. Rented the first two movies to remember what happened. Can't wait. Okay going to cook dinner. Love to all and as usual you knoe the drill.

Wednesday

Good afternoon to all of the faithful: It is another quiet day here in the hood. I did a little yard work (Put mulch in front bed) need to get more mulch. It is hot and it was cloudy when I started but kept comimg out and making it uncomfortable. I think I will do some more later when the sun goes down. We are going to a meeting for public safety tonight for our firefighters and law enforcement people. Okay enough for now and you know the drill. Just Do It!!!

Good afternoon to all: I wrote a blog yesterday but I tried to post a pic with it and it went to lala land and I was aggravated so I never got back to it. Sorry hope all had a wonderful Monday holiday. I have been using my new fitness training dvd everyday since I got it. It is really good. It is more of a workout than my fitness + dvd. The fitness + dvd is like playing games. lol I do my wii fit body test and then 30 mins of the new fitness trainer. After that I usually cook breakfast but this morning we went out to the airport for breakfast. When we got back I decided to give the camper a cleaning. Even though we are not using it for a while, it needed to be cleaned. Now I am done for the aftrnoon. Will probably putter before the soaps. When it cools off hop4fully tonight, I am going to mulch my front gardens. Okay love to all and remember to take time to smell the roses.

Not Much to Blog About

Good Morning to all of my fans: It is another glorious day in paradise. I am sitting on the lanai as I type this and enjoying my coffee. That is the only part of the cruise that I have difficulty with. I miss my coffee. Theirs is okay but mine is better. lol Today I have to get my nails done and then find out some kind of nonsense to get into. I feel like painting a room or something. Maybe I will paint the patio. Who knows. I have a new wii exercise dvd and it is really good. I am making it a habit like my fitness + is. I need to get busy with getting back in shape after the cruise. Okay love to all and remember my mantra, Take time to smell the roses. Donna, we are so proud of you and all your accomplishments. You will be wonderful in your new endeavor and it is good to keep life fresh. We love you.

Sunday in Okeechobee

Good Afternoon to all who read the stuff I write: I am sorry that any of you were worried that I might be sick because it is not the case. I don't know why but if I don't blog first thing with coffee. I go off and get busy. We are getting ready for our trip north for Donna's Mother's service. It will be relatively short as we have to get back and get ready for the cruise 5-16-10. We are going to the sevens for chicken dinner and play a little bit. Got my audio book downloaded and on my ipod. Okay I will do better especially now that DW and Flo are bqck home in PA and need to keep up with our comings and goings. Love to all and stay safe.

Good Monday in Okeechobee

Good Morning all: We had a busy weekend. We went to the Irish fest at Sacred Heart and thento the Community Theater for Smoke on the Mountain. Sunday morning we got up at 0 dark thirty and drove to LaBelle to go to a breakfast with Butch and Elaine at RiverBend Campground. There was a high end motor coach show also. Not to worry we did not buy the $1,549,000 Newell. It was beautiful but I still like our little truck camper. Rand and Lori are leaving today. It has been a much tooo short a visit. But Don and Flo are going to be here until April 20. yah Speaking of that we went down to Flo and Don's for pizza and salad. We were in the midst of a game of quiddler (cards with scrabble) and the lights went out. There was a power failure out there but we got home and had power. Okay enough for now more tomorrow. love to all and stay safe and warm.
