Beautiful Day in the Hood

Good Morning to all: Hope as this holiday weekend starts,all is well. Just read Donna's blog. It is a beautiful piece of writing. Take time between your bbq's, your picnics and anything else you do this weekend and remember all who fought for us to be able to do whatever we do. Don found a Rick Bayles cooking show and recorded it as I was outside in the front gardens. On this show was a mexican version of Mac & Cheese. I made it for dinner last night as a side dish for the fish the Joe gave us. What a good dinner even if I do say so myself. Rick Bayles has a restaurant in Chicago, need to go there sometime. Okay enough about Mac&Cheese, I need to go WII and see how old I am today. Love to all and REMEMBER take time to smell the flowers.

Thursday Stuff

Good afternoon to all the faithful fans of me: I have a new fitness coach dvd and I have been doing it so far every day this week. Oh my a fitness addiction. I love it. Don is working on finding the leak in the pool. I think he has done it. We are going out for an Okeeburger today and check our cache. Life is Good. Okay love to all and stay well and take time to smell the roses.

Good Wednesday Morning to all: We are having our coffee on the lanai and we heard the sonic boom from the Space Shuttle coming back home to Cape Canaveral. I never get tired of watching them take off or coming home. It is a spectacular day and the sky is a beautiful blue. Can one ask for a better life? Okay need to finish coffee and then get this wonderful day started. Love to all and take time to smell the roses and enjoy this beautiful world. Atlantis is home. God Speed. Also could you all say a prayer for my friend Pat who had major surgery and help her recover from this tramatic event. (Pat is the Okeeburger lady)

Not Much to Blog About

Good Morning to all of my fans: It is another glorious day in paradise. I am sitting on the lanai as I type this and enjoying my coffee. That is the only part of the cruise that I have difficulty with. I miss my coffee. Theirs is okay but mine is better. lol Today I have to get my nails done and then find out some kind of nonsense to get into. I feel like painting a room or something. Maybe I will paint the patio. Who knows. I have a new wii exercise dvd and it is really good. I am making it a habit like my fitness + is. I need to get busy with getting back in shape after the cruise. Okay love to all and remember my mantra, Take time to smell the roses. Donna, we are so proud of you and all your accomplishments. You will be wonderful in your new endeavor and it is good to keep life fresh. We love you.

Good Morning All: It is a wonderful day in the hood. I am going to write some little notes to the crew members from DCL and thank them for all the wonderful times they afforded us on our May cruise. Bought a new purse on the cruise. It is a Dooney Bourke. Really nice.

Good Morning to all who read this: We are sitting on the patio and enjoying another beautiful day in paradise. Today I need to grocery shop and get finished with the laundry. As nice as the cruise was, it is always nice to be home. Okay need to get ready for breakfast and do my WII. More later and will post pics from cruise. Good afternoon to all: We are back from our cruise and I humbly apologize for not blogging but the internet on board has changed and it would not allow blogging. I am going to write a letter to the cognizant person and see what the story is. That aside it was a wonderful cruise. There were so many of our friends on board. Will blog more later. Coffee and Blogging

And a very good morning to all the faithful followers of moi: (A little french) lol Well the day for the cruise is here. I was so ahead of myself it was ridiculous. Once I put the mickies in DS's hair, everything else fell into place. We even loaded the cadillac with the suitcases last night. Imagine that. We are going to stop at Pat's for breakfast on the way. Need to go do my WII and find out how old I am and I will be that age the whole cruise. lmao I hope it is 26!! Okay folks I will close for now and probably will blog as we cruise. The Day Before

Good Morning to all of my fans: Well it is the day before the cruise and I am almost ready. Today I have to cut Don's Hair and put his mickies in. If life is this consoculated for a 4 day cruise, what will it be like for a 15 day cruise. If you don't recognize the word consoculated. It is a word I made up as a child and it means chaotic upset. lol Should send it to Webster's Dictionary. It is a good word. lol Went to the Moose for fish last night. It is so strange with only about 3 other tables were occupied. Talked to Ruby yesterday. I am glad we are in touch. Maybe on the summer trip we can see her. Okay got to go and find out how old I am today. Love to all and remember to take time to smell the roses. Donna, you sound like you really need a cruise. Think about the 12-29-11 New Year's Cruise. It would be nice to be together. Good luck on your Kansas trip.

Packing for Cruise

Good Morning to all the faithful followers of me: Yesterday I unpacked and did laundry and today I am putzing with packing again. I am so glad to be back in FLA where I don't have to see fuzzy rain or in other words (SNOW) uck!!! It is really nice here but we have a hatching of LOVEBUGS. Why they call them lovebugs is beyond me as they are a nightmare. Hope they are gone by Sunday AM. Donna, glad that you guys did not have any problems with tornado damage. Glad to be able to be with you in your time of need. I like those drinks. Afraid if I write the name censors will get me. lol Okay got to get busy and do something. Really a 4 day cruise is not such a hard jib to pack for. Love to all and remember to stop and smell the roses.

Good Morning all: We are in a Hampton Inn in Florence SC. Today is the final leg of our journey to FLA USA. It is cloudy here and I have no idea what the temp is. We had a lovely day yesterday but I will be glad to get home. Have to start prepping for the cruise. Hope all is well with Donna and Rick in Oklahoma. Stay safe. Well need to shower and get this day started. Love to all and take time to smell the roses. As we were traveling the irises are in bloom and next to lilacs they are my favorite flowers. Harrisburg Pennsylvania

Good Evening: We are in the Best Western in Harrisburg. Tomorrow we will go to WPT and on to Rochester tomorrow afternoon and go to Butch and Elaine's. Saturday is the memorial service. Will post more tomorrow. Love to all.

Sunday in Okeechobee

Good Afternoon to all who read the stuff I write: I am sorry that any of you were worried that I might be sick because it is not the case. I don't know why but if I don't blog first thing with coffee. I go off and get busy. We are getting ready for our trip north for Donna's Mother's service. It will be relatively short as we have to get back and get ready for the cruise 5-16-10. We are going to the sevens for chicken dinner and play a little bit. Got my audio book downloaded and on my ipod. Okay I will do better especially now that DW and Flo are bqck home in PA and need to keep up with our comings and goings. Love to all and stay safe.
