Good Morning to all: It was a noisy start to the day as we woke up to a loud clap of thunder and lots of rain. It is dark here and it is still raining. Not really hard though. Going to go and get a haircut this am from Jaime. Still puttering with getting ready for our trip north. Poor Oreo is under the bed, she is terrorized by the noise of thunder. ELEM is still the name of the game and now I think of gains in ounces rather than pounds. Bought a new Panini grill and got a little happy with eating paninis and gained about 8 ounces. NO MORE PANINIS FOR A WHILE!!! It is a nice grill/griddle and I can grill chicken on it though. More chicken less paninis. HA HA Going to get my treadmilling in before haircut so must go now. LOVE TO ALL THE FAITHFUL FOLLOWERS OF ME!!! (Miss Oreo in quiet repose, not terrorized)
