Happy Mini

I guess I finally figured out that my mini needs to be doing simething pretty regularly in order to stay focused. I guess that my alter ego is good for me. Butch and Elaine left yesterday and are stopping in Bristol Tenn to see their friends from Texas. Seems funny around here without them. Went to the Lakeside Estate today to walk on the dike as it was cooler today. Had a really good walk and I think I will be trying to do a jog-walk session. Need to pare a minute and 24 seconds off to achieve my 16 minute goal for the 1/2 marathon next January. I am planning ahead to do well. Well have to shower now. Love to all!!!
