Monday Monday

Good evening to all of the faithful followers of moi: We had a nice day today as we went to Vero Beach to tbe outlet mall and Brominator found his sneakers that he cannot find in Rochester. I bought another pair of skechers. We went to Olive Garden for lunch and Sam's Club for a few things. Brominator and I played pool and he beat me. I am a better dart player. lmao Okay enough for now and you all know the drill. Love to all.

Happy Labor Day

Good morning to all of the faithful who follow me: Last night we went to the KOA for a show. It was very funny. There was a great turnout for this time of year. We need more things like this in Okee. This morning we went to the Labor Day Parade. It was nice but too short in comparison to the Xmas Parade. Now we are home and in about an hour we are going over to Vero Beach to pick up my computer from the hospital. She needed a new hard drive and we are getting the operating system 7 loaded as we did not download my recovery discs and by the time we got them from Microsoft and then got them back to Best Buy, it was not worth the time and energy. It will be like having a new computer. After we pick her up, we are going to Sam's for Coffee beans and going for lunch at Olive Garden. After Olive Garden, we are going to GoodWill. Cloudy Tuesday

Good afternoon to all of the faithful: My Net 10 phone pitched a fit yesterday and now I cannot text. OMG I just joined the 21 century!!!! After about a hour on the house phone, speaking to a gentleman named Evan, I guess the phone is fubared so they are sending me a replacement phone free of charge. Woo Hoo That is about all the excitement that is happening around here. I am making the Zucchini recipe that Flo made up in Pa when we were up there, only thing is I forgot to buy mozzarella cheese at the store so I am using alfredo sauce instead of red sauce. Will let you know how that goes over with Mr. S. So far this week has not been good for appliances and phones. LOL Okay enough for now Must take a nap. Love to all and as always you know the drill.

Good afternoon to all who read the ramblings of moi: We are in Ontario, NY with Butch and Elaine. We are going to have dinner with my brother, Gena, Jake and Butch and Elaine tonight. We went to GoodWill this morning. YEH Ruby is coming out tomorrow for a visit. It will be nice to see her as I haven't seen her in a while. Still working on the logistics for my "Garbage Plate" lol Okay enough for now and as usual you all know the drill.

Thursday Stuff

Good Morning to all: Hope everyone is happy and healthy today as it is a glorious day. Am making headway in raking the estate. Raked and filled my 6 cans yesterday and will rake some more today. For Joy For Joy lol Don and I are going for an Okeeburger for lunch and will have the second half for dinner. Too much for one meal. Found a neat Good Will store in Vero. I am so bad as I wandered the mall and couldn't find anything but when we got to the Good Will I found lots. I think I had "Sticker Shockitis" Oh well life is still good. Love to all and take time to smell the roses. Glad Flo and DW are safely back in WPT. It is good for them and their families but I miss them and it is sad to go down to their estate and noone is there. Miss 500!!

Friday Frivolity

Good Morning all: Not really much happening here in beautiful Okeechobee. I am in the throes of getting ready mentally and really for the cruise on 2/6/10. You'd think I would have it down to a science by now but I always go through the horrors of what clothes to bring. I have a really tough life. lol The weather here is still a little too cool for my liking but it is better than what is happening around the country. To all family and friends who are experiencing this, please stay SAFE and warm. Today I am going to Home Depot and Goodwill. Don is working on a shut off for the jacuzzi so he won't have to shut off the hot thing (my stove) lol when we change the water. And at Goodwill, I never know what treasures I will find there. Okay time for breakfast. Just thougt I would blog before the day is gone and I haven't blogged. I love you all.

OMG

Good Morning to all: OMG I am shocked at myself that I hadn't blogged in 2 days. Twenty lashes with a wet noodle. lol We went up to St Cloud yesterday as there was a leak in the Stevens House. Luckily it was just a connection that had loosened up. Don thinks it was the cold weather that allowed it to happen. Did a little more shopping at Sam's and went to the craft store and bought a shadow box for our recent medals for the 1/2 Marathon. Will post pictures later as we are waiting for the picture to come. Going to start back on the wii. It is warming up a little here. At least Miss Oreo can go out with out too much trouble. Thanksgiving Week Tuesday

Good Tuesday Morning: We are going to walk on the dike this am as there are only about 6 weeks til the 1/2 marathon at Disney. I feel like I am as ready as I will ever be but Mr. S has the feeling that we need to be better. Here's hoping!! After we walk we are going to Home Depot and buy a small belt sander for my bamboo project. Yesterday I used the leaf blower and cleaned the drive way. Just in time for Louis, our neighbor who is the jack of all trades, to come and seal our driveway. How did I know!!! Note to self: Stop watching the Rick Bayless mexican cooking show. Reason being is that I feel compelled to replicate what I see. Last night I made Puerco Carnitas. Boy was that good. Okay enough useless information for one time. Got to make breakfast. (American) Eggs and turkey bacon. lol I love you all Stay warm and safe and take care of U. Doesn't Miss Oreo have a tough life???

Good Morning: First I have to apologize for my error of yesterday. In the title, it should have been we're and not were. Twenty lashes with a wet noodle for me. lol Well today I spring into action for getting packed for the cruise. We were laughing this morning as it seems we only watch Disney movies on the ship. We will see G-Force. Donna, I hope Katie is doing better. Need to get a hair cut today and buy stencil sponges for D's Mickeys. Love to all More later

Tuesday in Ontario

Sorry to have taken so long to blog but I had to go to GOODWILL this morning. This was the best Goodwill I have ever been to. I picked up a pair of flamingos dressed in Beach Attire and they belong in Fla. So guess what I bought them and am taking them to Chobee. I still have a few square feet of space in the back of the truck but I am saving that for Tennesee. I always find something to bring home from there. We are going over to LeRoy to see Teri, Allen and the kids. We will spend the night and then go to Buffalo. So many places, so little time. Okay got to check with Elaine and see if she has any extra plastic bags (Publix etc.) as I have used all of mine. Love to all More excitement later.

Today's Frivolity

Today I am putting all the things that might blow away if we get any winds while we are away. Don is finishing up the cable project in camper so I can do my job to get it ready. Got to finish my work. More later Love to all
